Imitation of Christ

During New York Fashion week, fashion house Imitation of Christ in collaboration with Creative time, launched a movable installation.

This Pop Up interested me in particular because it was simply a clear plexiglass box, one salesman and as neon sign showing the store.















The box only had one single item on sale each day which made it even more desirable and exclusive, these items ranging from a $7000 couture dress to an unpredictable temptation for $50.

The store would change locations throughout the day and red dots on a map would provide the information of where at 1pm everyday. The store would also close as soon as the product had sold out.
